Tasks:
- Application responsibility SAP HCM in the sense of Business Owner
- Advice and support for users in the area of application and process handling
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations such as incident and problem handling and the prioritization and coordination of change requests
- Planning and coordination of releases for the application
- Creation and management of the necessary documentation and, if necessary, training materials
Requirements:
- Completed studies (University of Applied Sciences) /HF) with knowledge of SAP HCM application operation
- German minimum requirement B2, English (good-very good knowledge)
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Self-employed, team-oriented working methods with high social competence and a high degree of understanding
