While working at this role, you will be focused on following areas:
End to end HR service delivery working together with the HR / Business Admin team:
- Hiring: providing the business area with a strong talent pipeline. Engaged in the selection process with a special focus on the key roles.
- Performance: deploy standard GBS process across a dedicated business area. Support functional leads in managing low performance.
- Development: provide managers and employees with guidance on talent and learning management. Develop and deploy standard programmes.
- Payroll and Rewards: drive rewards benchmarking and review process for a dedicated business area
- Employee exits: manage employee exits in line with GBS guidelines and local labor law regardless of the type.
HR reporting: own People metrics reporting for the dedicated business or project area.
- First line managers support in terms of HR consultancy including end to end case management.
- Act as the escalation point in the sensitive ER issues.
- Project support across key HR processes. Support the development of GBS People policy and deployment across business areas and projects.
We are looking for Candidates with:
- Degree (preferably in: Business Administration, Psychology or HR) and/or ability to demonstrate knowledge of working in the HR environment.
- 4+ years of HR working experience in multinational organization preferably in HR generalist roles.
Practical understanding of: HR Policies & Procedures, Labour Law, Learning & Development, Resourcing, Rewards, Talent Management.
- Software skills: MS Office, modern HRIS exposure.
- Knowledge, judgment, resilience and courage to resolve conflicting priorities.
- Commitment to service excellence and process improvement.
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate, analyse and solve problems.
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource.
- Excellent stakeholder and conflict management skills.
- Ability to operate at senior levels across Group OpCos.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse and complex business environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to distil complex information in a clear simple messages.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.
