HR Analyst
Zadania:
- Develop expertise on data governance and use of data in downstream processes to aid troubleshooting capability
- Monitor work queues for new tickets
- Coordination of issue resolution leveraging global support team to meet Service Level Agreements
- Escalation of issues as needed to subject matter experts as needed
- Provides on-the-job training for less experienced employees
- Undertakes handling of complaints and difficult calls
- Initiates and lead special projects as assigned which maintain and improve customer service levels.
- Responsible to resolve issues in a timely and accurate method according to Service Level Agreements
- Analyzes tickets to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
- Engages requesters to ensure all required information about the issue has been gathered to enable an accurate and timely resolution
- 2-4 years equivalent work experience
- Fluent English
- Aditionally, fluent French/German/Russian would be a plus
- Deep knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
