Responsibilities:
- Participates in realization of primary HR processes' migration (including personnel administration, business travel reconciliation, technology/HR information systems, remuneration)
- Implements, develops and maintains high quality of HR services' realization in the LGBS Center in Krakow
- Maintains constant contact with internal and external Clients in German language
- Very good command in English and German
- Practical knowledge of MS Office & Windows
- Academic graduate
- Strong intercultural competence
