For our Central Human Resources department we are seeking the following:
HR Administrator

Your tasks
- Collecting and filling any HR related data into our internal systems
- Data validation and ensuring high data quality within all HR systems
- Preparing reports and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintaining communication with HR teams worldwide, creating email newsletters
- Preparing manuals and training sessions for HR teams globally
- Mapping and improving internal processes
Our Requirements
- Fluent English (both speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed communication skills
- Very good analytical skills with the ability to work independently
- Proactive and flexible approach, looking to take on new and interesting tasks
Would be an asset:
- Knowledge of German language
- Interest in HR Administration area
