HR Administrator
Location: Polska, Katowice
YOUR TASK:
- Support our in-house recruiters’ daily work across all regions and country borders
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Entering applicants data, updating internal HR database
- Managing applications’ assignments and status, ensuring proceeding in a timely manner
- Talent acquisition: sourcing and engaging passive candidates, building a talent pool and pipeline
- Creating contracts and amendments, HR documents administration
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent English language skills, other languages as an asset
- Computer literacy (especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work remotely in virtual team in international work environments
- Enthusiasm and friendly attitude
- High degree of accuracy and detail orientation, continuous improvement approach
