HR Administrator
If you have experience in administration area and you are passionate about HR, this is a big opportunity for you to gain professional experience as HR Administrator!
Primary responsibilities
Provide first line support for all routine employee enquiries.
Maintaining databases and entering personal data, ensure that data held and maintained on WorkDay is correct.
Preparation of reports and statistics in personnel administration area.
Preparation of documents connected with hiring process.
Supporting salary calculation process provided by external company.
Controlling and accounting of working time.
Benefits administration.
Supporting HR team in everyday activities.
Key requirements
University degree and at least 2 years of proven experience in personnel administration.
Very good knowledge of employment law (especially working time regulation).
Very good command of English (C1 level required).
Can-do attitude and act professionally.
High communication and teamwork skills.
Independence, systematic and responsible approach to work.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
