Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of proven experience in personnel administration
- Very good knowledge of employment law (especially working time regulation)
- Very good command of English
- High communication skills
- High teamwork skills
- Independent, systematic and responsible approach to work
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining databases and entering personal data
- Preparation of reports and statistics in personnel administration area
- Preparation of documents connected with hiring process
- Supporting salary calculation process provided by external company
- Controlling and accounting of working time
- Benefits administration
