HR Administrator with English

For our Client, the global company located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and communicative people who would like to work within international environment
Position: HR Administrator with English
Location: Warsaw
Main duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR operational staff queries
- Advising staff on standard policies and procedures and monitoring the HR shared inbox to ensure that all queries are responded to promptly, directing and escalating queries as required
- To originate and maintain all records for all staff in the UK (excluding partners) and Warsaw
- Assisting in administration for all HR processes, including onboarding, leavers, maternity/adoption, paternity, performance reviews, and renewal of fixed term contracts
- Administration of probation end dates and extensions, escalating non-standard queries to HR Adviser/Manager as necessary
- Producing reference letters including mortgage/tenancy references; employment references; and business visa letters in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining all job descriptions and ensuring these are kept up to date and in house-style
- Arranging business cards for staff
- Being responsible for creating vacancies on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Schedule interviews with candidates, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and interviewers as directed by the Recruitment Managers and Recruitment Adviser
- Arrange room bookings and video conferences
- Proactively liaise with multiple recruitment agencies
- Updating internal database, maintain accurate information
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English – (spoken and written) is a must
- Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience working in HR (mainly administration, and/or recruitment)
- Experience in managing high volumes of administration
- Experience within a SSC/BPO or professional services company would be preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to be proactive, anticipating needs
- Not afraid of facing new challenges, a flexible approach to adapt to differing demands
- A readiness to learn with a positive can-do attitude
- Very good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details, strong focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment tools would be an advantage
- Understanding of various HR processes would be an asset
- A willingness to grow and develop within the job role
