Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
As a HR Administration Senior Specialist you will provide support to new joiners and existing contractors across all resourcing businesses. You will be the first point of escalation for all queries, supporting Team Leader in several activities. You will deal with documentation, leading trainings for the team and organising day-to-day activities.

Supporting the team on a daily basis with all general queries, including telephone calls / emails

Being a subject specialist managing escalations, queries and change implementation

Supporting Team Leader if/when necessary in any operational activities

Being responsible for the team inbox, ensuring all emails are handled in a timely manner

100% accuracy of data uploaded into given databases

Dealing with queries from contractors, hiring managers, recruiters and 2nd tier agencies to ensure the process moves to conclusion as quickly as possible

Working as a team on ad hoc projects and tasks throughout the week

Managing training and mentoring of the team in line with established standards

Ensuring the process is run accurately and according to agreed procedures and SLAs

Ensuring that a high level of customer service in maintained including telephone calls and email management

Being able to produce, analyse and present reports, including ad hoc requests

Being able to review and correct error logs, current contracts, timesheets errors etc.

Inducting, developing and coaching new members of the team

Understanding the systems and processes used by Clients and act as point of escalation for the team on any “system” related queries

Hold a university degree
-
Have min. 2-3 years of experience in the multinational organisation

Are fluent in English

Have a previous experience in HR industry (a must)
