Requirements:
- Very good command of German (min. B2)
- Good command of English (min. B1)
- Previous experience in HR, Administration or Customer Service area
- Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Supporting hiring process of different trainees groups
- Processing the coming questions regarding the practice (mostly via e-mail, sometimes via phone)
- Managing practice time (shortening, extension)
- Maintaining applicants and trainees data in the relevant HR systems
- Develops and updates internal procedures and process descriptions
- Preparing reporting data for analysis and output documents
- Makes sure that in this area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the HR data processing is maintained
