Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
HR Administration Coordinator
Location: Kraków
Working within our HR team you will be responsible for coordinating all HR admin related aspects.
As our HR Administration Coordinator you will:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR admin related queries
- Process HR documentation
- Process payroll and benefits data
- Perform data and payroll audits and reporting
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
- Maintaining permanent contact with the external payroll provider
- Provide daily service to managers regarding HR policies and regulations as well as Labour Law updates and trainings
- Supervising HR Assistant in their daily tasks
- Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation

Experience and skills required:
- Min. 2 years of experience in Polish Payroll and HR Administration
- Fluent English
- Min. Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of Polish Labour Law and Payroll rules
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Ms Word
- Experience in work for international organisation or familiarity with the international work culture
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Self starter, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Maturity, high ethical standards
