Inviting applications for the role of the HR Admin & Onboarding Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Pre-onboarding and onboarding process management, including organizing and conducting induction trainings
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires such as the contracts and the company policies
- Be the first point of contact for new hires and their managers
- Answering to routine employees queries on labor law, internal procedures for personnel administration including claims on benefits in kind
- Maintaining employees records with cooperation with Accounting Office; ensuring that changes are entered correctly and on a timely basis
- Maintaining the relations with the benefits vendors: communicating required information about new, existing, terminated employees, monitoring the operational activities and the monthly invoicing process
- Collecting and verifying all information related to internal changes of positions, bonuses, employees’ personnel and contractual data; receiving, verifying and obtaining the authorized signatures for all internal and legally required documents
Qualifications
- University Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration
- Strong knowledge of work legislation
- Strong knowledge of administration of personnel practices
- Good command of English language min. B2
- Computer skills: MS Outlook, Work, Excel
- Organized and detail – oriented personality
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Prioritization and multitasking skills
