- Daily and timely administration of benefits for clients.
- Reporting escalations to appropriate Teams.
- Working closely with appropriate Teams in order to resolve issues.
- Supporting the process of implementation the client’s benefits scheme onto a newly developed platform.
- Taking part in testing, developing and updating documentation as well as designing processes needed for administering benefits scheme in several EMEA countries.
- Working closely and building relationships with Teams based in the UK, the USA and India.
- Achieving targets (KPIs, SLAs, ect.)
Requirements:
- Fluent English – C1 level
- Demonstrable experience in customer support, data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must, especially Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate in a culturally diverse team
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting Math would be an asset
