Opis stanowiska

- responsible for hiring, managing and motivating a strong team- developing the capability and functional depth within the team- drive the test strategy, planning and execution- drive the creation of frameworks/systems to deliver high quality software releases- lead the testing methodologies and test process development- drive team and process improvements in test tools and test execution- collaboration across all teams, all functions to drive product and process improvements- responsible for fiscal budget management and resource planning

Wymagania

- strong technical skills and computer science background- deep insight and experience into the development process globalization or localization process and associated test methodologies and tools required- 6-8 years experience in managing quality teams on large projects- strong and demonstrative leadership, team building and people management skills- fluent English language skill
