Group Product Manager, Aftermarket

Opis stanowiska

- lead a team of Product Managers- coordinate all activities of the team for launching the new products with a full marketing package- manage own product range- implement use of marketing tools and processes- develop a marketing plan for each product range- assume accountability for sales and margin of respective product ranges

Wymagania

- min 10 years in product marketing of durable goods, strategic and operational, in an international operational marketing environment- experience in managing and driving results in a multi-level distribution system- proven experience in leading small teams (2-3p)- demonstrated results with product launches- having worked with project management tools is a plus- experience in creating marketing programs- knowledge of Automotive, Commercial Vehicle or other durable goods industries is desirable- advanced English knowledge, as well as in German- results oriented, ability to drive projects to completion
