Join our Talent Acquisition Team and support UK operations from Poland.
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will:
- Work with the Global Future Talent (GFT) team, to support project of talents development (Graduate Engineers, Summer Interns and Apprentice) – for United Kingdom location.
- Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
- Develop sourcing strategies and partner with other Talent Partners as needed to implement these strategies to meet current staffing needs (for both professional and graduate roles).
- Utilize metrics to drive business solutions to add value, raise candidate quality and/or decrease costs.
- Update requisitions daily to ensure proper status including hiring metrics and referral source for all new hires.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and the culture of the company.
- Effectively navigate objections from Hiring Managers and Candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Influence hiring decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Inhouse recruitment experience working for a global organisation – preferably some experience from UK market
- Experience with recruiting for talent development programs will be an asset
- Experience & knowledge of direct sourcing methods
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
- Flexibility to switch from GFT recruitment to professional and opposite
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
