Reporting to the CEO, the Global Talent Hacker is responsible for building and leading a team that delivers the life blood of our talent marketplace company – great talent. You will be responsible for expanding the number of applicants to our various marketplace positions through the use of social media, PPC/SEO, LinkedIn and local job boards. You must be versed in the latest strategies and techniques of digital marketing – as you will be the singular leader responsible for driving rapid and high ROI applicants.
You must be a smart, relentlessly metrics driven individual with deep domain expertise in the talent acquisition and digital marketing space. You will be working regularly with local jobs boards in over 200 countries to optimize the applicant volume, driving ROI decisions on social media, PPC/SEO and other tools at your disposal to drive quality applicants.

Total Compensation is US$150,000/year
- Must have an undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a top global university
- Leadership experience in digital demand generation
- Experience working in global talent acquisition or job board space
- Analytical and extremely detailed oriented
- Highly motivated, high energy and great teamwork
- Language: English - Advanced
