RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our unit Digital Sales Excellence supports crop protection as well as the seed portfolio of our company and drives sales effectiveness with digital products as well as services based on data driven agronomic and product knowledge. The position is located in Limburgerhof.
- As a Global Digital Portfolio Manager, you will develop a digital portfolio with a focus on Digital Sales Excellence in line with our digital strategy.
- Furthermore, you will scout and evaluate potential Digital Sales Excellence projects to support wheat, canola and sunflower.
- In addition, you will lead the project management in collaboration with relevant colleagues in regions, lead countries and functions.
- You will create Digital Sales Excellence capabilities and thought leadership for our Agricultural Solutions business.
- Last but not least, you will be the key contributor to the team mission to enable the business growth by digitally smartening our seeds businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or business administration
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing strategies, marketing processes and consulting
- Professional experience in commercial seed industry or seed marketing, preferably wheat or canola / rapeseed
- Good project management skills
- Well-versed in dealing with standard IT-applications
- Fluent English language skills.
