- Ownership of Quality Assurance & Compliance program framework
- Design, oversee and execute standard monthly testing of all F&A controls
- Producing monthly management reporting packs for Accenture and Client Management
- Manage relationships with Finance and business leaders in the different Client business units across the globe – Operate as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Producing monthly analytics and scorecards to identify RCA, trends and performance of Delivery Centres in their controls execution
- Coordinating monthly issues management process, including registering and tracking status of issues
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures followed by QA team
- Maintenance of OE Documentation and ownership of QA program Operational Maturity
- Interacting with GOMS/GPMs/SDMs and Operations to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of service levels. This includes responsibility for the delivery various Reports – internal + to clients.
- Responsible for resource management and on-going grooming of the resources in the span
- Demonstrate strong Customer Service ethic in the team through active communication, regular updates & meetings.
- Identify capability gaps & ensure that the resources required to bridge the same are provided.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

- Accounting and/or qualification, e.g. CIA, ACCA, CPA
- Very good command of English, another language is an advantage
- Very good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, knowledge of Oracle
- Project management skills
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly with operational teams from different global locations
- Readiness to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines

- At least 6 years of work experience in finance and accounting (including min. 2 years’ experience in audit company or internal audit / internal controls dept.)
- Should have experience in leading audit/ QA team teams of large multinational organization
- Would have worked for a multinational organization where s/he would have worked with colleagues internationally,
- Should have exposure/knowledge of international accounting standards
- Global experience desirable
