Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business services
- Ability to work within international environment
- Availability for full-time job
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
Would be an asset/nice to have:
- Experience within various Procurement processes, Supply Chain Management or Catalogue Management
- Working SAP and e-procurement tools knowledge
Responsibilities:
The prime responsibility of the Catalogue and Contract Administrator is to deliver catalogue and contract maintenance processes accurately and on time according the client service level agreements and expectations.
- Maintaining catalogues and contracts in the system as per signed Desktop Procedure
- Testing and updating catalogue content
- Establishing contact access through maintenance of catalogue views
- Communication to the team and requester community of catalogue availability
- Managing the maintenance and updates to system with the catalogue data
- Providing ad-hoc and regular reports
- Deliver catalogue and contract training as and when required
- Organize regular calls with the catalogue stakeholders
- Working with suppliers to ensure catalog content is compliant with format requirements
- Intermediation between supplier and client as and when required
