The GDC Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for development and directs implementation of compensation and benefits program, that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward for employees; will be focused on both cash programs (salaries and bonuses), and benefits programs. The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be reporting directly to HR Lead of GDC and will be involwed in active interaction with other senior managers of the organisation
We are looking for an experienced Specialist who understands the organization needs, recommends the design of multi-faceted programs, and implements them efficiently and sensitively.
The main duties at the Compensation & Benefits position will include providing input into and implementing GDC rewards strategy, including the Board approval, aligned with EVP business strategic goals, reflecting market trends; ensuring internal and external equity of agreed rewards system, by monitoring competitive market trends in compensation and benefits and evaluating alternatives and related costs; working closely with GBS Comp&Ben and with Global Comp&Ben Specialists to ensure existing knowledge, capability and global assets are leveraged effectively; supporting Management Board, line management and HR department in their decision-making process by delivering regular and ad-hoc data, analysis and information required; ensure and implement appropriate actions and tools supporting effective decision in headcount and budgeting process; ensuring effective functioning of the Team of Personnel and Payroll functions (internal or external) including managing personnel administration and payroll execution in line with Polish law and corporate guidelines.
We are looking for Candidates with Economics, Business or Psychological background, with 5 years of experience in HR area and 3 years in Compensation & Benefits field. Knowledge of Labor Code and Trade Union legislative acts, local Tax & Social security laws and proficiency in Job Evaluation methodology (Hay) would be an asset; knowledge of the Polish labor market and rewards practices among selected business centers is required as well as strong analytical and English Language skills.
