FundSettle provides a single access to 50,000 investments to our 200 client families through a network of more than 500 transfer agents. The funds market is a booming business for the Bank. The Account Opening team is responsible for ensuring timely opening of client accounts on the Transfer Agents' books.
- Ensure we receive complete and appropriate information from the clients or from internal parties
- Completion and sending of Account Opening forms to the Transfer Agents
- Build external relationships with Transfer Agents and clarify the requirements for the opening of accounts with those agents
- Follow-up with the Transfer Agents to get confirmation of the account opening requests
- Answering client and agent inquiries and providing continuous support for FundSettle services
- Building internal relationships with other Funds teams and Network department
- Resolve complex issues and ability to expand knowledge beyond the boundaries of the team
- Developing product and market specific knowledge
- Cope with change and strive for constant improvement and innovation in the team
- Have a critical view to challenge processes
This role requires many interactions with other teams and with Transfer Agents.

- A good knowledge of written & spoken English (frequent contact with external parties)
