Inviting applications for the role of Franchise Store Support with Dutch
Franchise Store Support with Dutch - 100% remote
Responsibilities:
- Answering questions from suppliers, clients, stores and solving internal queries in the agreed time and according to working instructions by e-mail (80% of inquiries) and by phone (20%),
- Translating internal communication and outgoing correspondence (Dutch),
- Creating reports connected to the Service Desk department,
- Assisting clients in matters related to access to their account, explaining data contained in invoices, and confirming the bank account number.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dutch and English (min. B2),
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and detail-oriented,
- Strong customer orientation,
- Problem-solving,
- Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel),
- Work experience with an ERP system (nice to have).

- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8-16) or (9-17),
