Financial Project Manager (SSC/BPO)

Main tasks:
- taking care of the quality of financial (PtP, OtC, RtR) and back-office processes,
- preparation of the transition plan and ensuring its complete execution,
- choosing the proper methodology for planned transitions,
- preparation of the project's documentation and reports,
- collaboration with Operations Managers and the HR department to ensure adequate talent acquisition, training, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- experience in a similar role is a must,
- profound knowledge of one of the financial processes (PtP, OtC, RtR),
- degree in finance or management related field,
- strong IT skills (MS Office including MS Project),
- fluency in English,
- ability to drive task execution and to ensure change management,
- client-oriented attitude and excellent communicational skills,
- availability for business trips and a stationary work in Katowice.
