INTERREG V-A LITHUANIA-POLAND PROGRAMME is looking for a FINANCIAL MANAGER!
Interreg V-A Lithuania-Poland Programme is managed by the public institution Joint Technical Secretariat established by the Lithuanian Ministry of Interior. The Programme is co-financed by Poland, Lithuania and the European Commission under the European Regional Development Fund. Its goal is to support cooperation between the two countries and tackle common challenges in the border area, while strengthening economic, social and territorial cohesion.
We are offering a full-time position (40 hours per week) of a Financial Manager based in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will oversee the day-to-day financial aspects of project management, cooperate with Project Managers, assist Programme beneficiaries and applicants and keep in touch with other Programme institutions. Moreover, you will participate in the programme management tasks of the upcoming Programme for the 2021-2027 MFF. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to communication activities, participate in official work group meetings and travel in the Programme area during on-the-spot checks and other project events.
You are a motivated financial professional with a degree in economics/accountancy/business administration or other relevant sphere, good command of Polish and English and sound knowledge of EU and Polish legislation related to EU European Structural and Investment Funds. You feel at ease with administrative tasks, drafting reports and managing financial data. Cooperation matters for you – both with colleagues and the representatives of other institutions as well as between Programme partners in the Lithuanian-Polish border area.
