Requirements:
- University Degree in business sciences, business informatics or comparable studies with focus on controlling
- Long-term, international experience in large multifunctional organisations
- Very good knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of mathematical evaluations - and analysis methods
- Very good statistic knowledge and SAP CO
- Good knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint and MS Office
- Very strong analytical and conceptional capicity
- Ability and willingness to adapt your own strategies, targets and tasks with changing situations
- Pronounced statistic and payment understanding

Responsibilities:
We are searching a Financial Controller for our global process management team Human Resources (HR). Our team is responsible for an interesting range of tasks, such as modelling, developing and implementing new and existing HR-processes. The processes are supported by several IT systems, whose improvement we are responsible as well. As specialist in process controlling you are responsible for planning and controlling for all processes for which HR process management team is responsible for. You are responsible for the cost and activity accounting for all HR processes and products, the annual budget planning and controlling as well as the identification and economical assurance for a continuous improvement for the processes according to the company targets. As Financial Controller you will support the HR process management in controlling and optimizing the HR end-to-end processes.
