Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT, Management or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling and/or Procurement
- Process & controlling skills
- Project management skills
- Very good command of English and German
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and consulting to the management team regarding procurement targets and financial issues
- Provide procurement reports / data analyses to the management team and customers
- Develop calculation methods and monitoring systems
- Identify and assess deviations, risks etc. and define counter measures
- Prepare procurement benchmarks and calculate economical estimation
- Support in designing of cross-corporate requirements for steering, measuring and optimizing processes
- Assistance in definition and improvement of business and service processes
- Contribute on development, analysis and steering of KPIs and KPI reporting
- Assistance in process steering and documentation, process and compliance audit
- Involvement in redesigning, harmonizing, automatizing and development of cross-company processes with the aim to increase the efficiency and standardization
- Support in creating analysis concepts and optimizing processes and system functions; developing and communicating measures
- Contribute on formulation of the requirements comings from process changes which set the demand for IT management
- Training and participation in events, enable functional change management processes and support of department management
