You will be responsible for supporting all processes across in Accounting to Reporting. Thanks to your support, specialists and seniors can be involved in more complex operations. Having gained the necessary skills and experience, an intern will be a natural candidate for a permanent role in A2R team.
As our Financial Intern, you will be part of Accounting and Reporting team who consists of around 15 people. A2R team is part of A2R department that is responsible for accounting and group, statutory and tax reporting processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.
- Supporting Business Areas / Headquarters in daily tax and accounting tasks
- Supporting with preparing of Internal Controls (Compensating, BS reconciliation Matrix etc.)
- Various ad hoc supporting duties to assist with all areas of our accounting department
- Standard manual journal entries booking and reversals
- Preparing and booking of accruals (Bonus, audit etc.)
- Checking and releasing of prepayments
- Supporting in data collections regarding GBS projects
- Currently studying finance / accounting field of study (at least 3rd year bachelor or master’s degree student)
- Preferably member of university forum or with experience in the university international exchange programs
- English - at least B2 level is a must (another European language is welcome)
- Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
- Proactive attitude towards challenges and problems
- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Communication skills
- Team player
