Depending on your professional interests and skillset, your tasks could include accounting (AP / AR / GL), tracking stock option fluctuations for companies listed on the London stock exchange, insurance policy analysis and claims evaluation, among many other exciting daily challenges.
Depending on the business area and project you are interested in, you would be allocated to one of the following set of tasks
- Assisting with regular accounting activities – invoice preparation and journal postings
- Supporitng the production and submission of monthly reporting packs
- Participating in the review and analysis of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Performing various reporting checks and analysis/reconciliation
- Providing support to the London based team
- Act as an effective team player
- Ad-hoc requests
- Supporting analysts and UK based consultants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shareholder analysis reports
- Using a variety of tools, data sources and disclosure responses to deliver a client report from end to end
- Proactively identifying fund managers, stock names and research
- Handling assigned queries and archive disclosure responses in line with team targets
- Accurately recording effort spent on client work
- Ensuring that client contracts are fulfilled to a high standard and delivered on time.
- Onboarding new customers into the system,
- Updating policy holder details
- Resolving premium allocation issues
- Producing annual policy statements, switches
- Handling policy claims by phone, email and written letter.
- Being a student or a fresh graduate
- Fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1 preferred) – as daily written and verbal communication with UK stakeholders is required.
