We are looking for a motivated Field Marketing Specialist to join our team for our BU Grid Automation. The person hired in this position will be responsible for under guidance of the Field Marketing Leader, work with sales and product marketing teams to drive campaigns and programs for building sales pipeline, nurturing leads and closing business. Manage marketing programs and events and include campaign analysis, tracking and reporting for strategic marketing initiatives and events. Responsible for working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs in various countries across the region that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution. You will use your experience, skills and enthusiasm to organize tradeshows and events, digital marketing campaigns, develop content and ensure successful market lead qualification and nurturing work.
- Manage events, trade shows and webinars.
- Proactively manage the day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms under the guidance of the Field Marketing Manager.
- Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
- Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
- Coordinate marketing activities with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation and Communications.
- Manage speaker presentation materials.
- Write compelling content for marketing campaigns and develop campaigns.
- Research/make recommendations on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences.
- Organize and manage merchandise.
- Manage administration of invoices and internal sponsorship/gift register.
- Conduct searches in 3rd party databases to expand our contact database, work with trade media to expand customer database.
- Collect, maintain, and communicate “regional intelligence”.
- Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, communications, etc.) or 2-5 years of professional work experience in marketing or a related field.
