Your Task
- Supporting our in-house recruiters daily work across all regions and country borders
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Talent acquisition, sourcing and approaching passive candidates
- Entering applicants data, updating internal HR database
- Initial preselection and phone screenings
- Managing applications assignments and status, ensuring proceeding in a timely manner
- Creating contracts and amendments, HR documents administration
Our Requirements
- Excellent English language skills are a must, German language is a strong asset
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team in international work environments
- Computer literacy (MS Office), experience with Application Tracking Systems is an asset
- Enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
- High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and a continuous improvement approach
- Previous experience in recruiting is an asset
