English and French Customer Service Representative

Job description
The candidate will be part of a young and growing team and will provide Customer Service support to our Client country managers and their Business Partners in various countries across Western Europe.
The support is related to the management of the approval and claiming process of their co-funded marketing
activities (co-marketing).
The candidate main responsibilities include:

Support the Client Co-Marketing end-to-end process

Provide local language support both written and spoken

Receive quarterly marketing plans from the Client West European Regions

Have 100% correct knowledge of all compliancy rules, processes, and systems

Complete a compliancy check for each business partner for every activity, both with alliance funding or without
-
Communicate directly to the Client business partners and country marketing managers, chasing for plans,
POE (Proof of Execution), invoices, credit notes, etc -
Collect and store all POE received for audit. Chasing each business partner to ensure receiving all required proof before the close of each quarter, where each activity is claimed to alliances

Claim alliance funds each quarter via the claiming processes for each associated alliance fund

Share via online tool, the status of each activity status and claim
The team will support various countries within Europe. Excellent knowledge of foreign languages is required : English and French compulsory.
The candidate will report to the Team Leader and will provide regular feedback and reports on their daily progress.
