Join our RPS Engineering team as an Engineering Manager.

Develop and lead a global product engineering organization with members in Krakow, Kempen and Sofia

Manage a multi-disciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers

Responsible for design, validation and verification of electrical components and systems

Ideally experience background in product engineering and understanding of manufacturing processes in industrial environment (preferable high mix, low volume)

Identification of root causes in case of failures and initiation of mitigation activities

Drive an innovative culture in the team

Deliver hardware and software solutions for IGBT frequency converter

Continuous improve validation and verification concepts in development

Ensure design for reliability through quality measures in engineering, e.g. FMEA, DVP&R

Lead of improvement projects, resource and skill management, ability to coach, mentor, and motivate engineers to perform beyond their comfort zone

Personnel development of subordinates

Master degree in Electrical (or Mechanical) engineering field

Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in engineering and minimum 2 years of leadership experience

Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and formal problem solving tools

Very good analytic and conceptual skills, pragmatic and willingness to make decisions

Excellent people, time management, and coordinative skills
