The Engineering Design Center (EDC) is one of GE Infrastructure global engineering sites, created in 2000 based on an Engineering Alliance Agreement between GE Aircraft Engines and Warsaw Institute of Aviation. EDC consists of two companies: GE Company Polska Ltd. and Warsaw Institute of Aviation. Opis stanowiska
- engineering support to the Repair Team for project development related to large electrical motor component rewinding- analysis of electro-magnetic models to predict performance and component development- cooperation with service shops to implement repair and establishing validation test plan for proposed repairs (including test reports preparation)- component & assembly drawings/methods preparation - timely communications on significant issues or developmentsWymagania
- master degree in Electrical Engineering in Power Generation/Delivery- minimum of 5 years of experience with large induction motor designs and electro-magnetic performance - fluent English written & verbal skills essential - strong interpersonal and communication skills - proficient in use of computers and PC hardware, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word - knowledge of modern engineering tools (CAD/CAE) is desiredOferujemy
