We’re looking for a passionate person who’s ready to work in an environment where stepping outside their comfort zone, public speaking and communicating in English is a daily routine. This is a one-man job, being part of a local Talent Acquisition team, with a direct reporting line to a TA Manager. We need an open minded, flexible, resilient individual who is ready to take a full accountability for various external EB activities with limited supervision. The main purpose of this role is to help us attract a new talent to Jacobs and increase Jacobs brand awareness among active and passive candidates. This role does not involve internal communication and internal branding.
Main scope of duties:
- Being first point of contact for all EB needs for Mainland Europe (Poland/other countries – 60/40 % split depending on business needs, might be changing over time) with a main focus on recruitment marketing activities
- Creating/updating content (both English and Polish) in social media (LinkedIn), company website, employer profiles on local and international job boards, digital campaigns and making sure they comply with Jacobs standards
- Managing and owning university activities calendar – career events, meet ups, conferences, university job fairs, open days etc.
- Full accountability for organizing job fairs (ordering giveaways, signing agreements with vendors, organizing group of participants, follow up meetings, data collection and analysis, recommending solutions to stakeholders)
- Full accountability for Jacobs University Ambassador Program (Poland), Employee Referral Program, TA newsletters
- Preparing and running various EB workshops for stakeholders across the region (Mainland Europe)
- Managing vendor relationships (analyzing and selecting relevant offers – job boards, students associations, job fairs etc.)
- Ordering welcome packs for new hires
- Liaising with Creative and Sales Solutions team when preparing creative material
- Proactively work with and manage requests from TA Managers/local and regional business partners to respond to their workforce needs by taking necessary EB actions
- Proactively partnering with Marketing/Communications teams from other regions to understand Jacobs branding standards, their best practices & initiatives which could be replicated in other regions
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with Jacobs TA teams
- Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of all EB activities
- Providing recommendations and ideas to regional stakeholders
- Being ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities depending on the business needs and strategy which might change over time

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a similar role/type of duties from a corporate environment is a must ( min. 3 years of relevant experience)
- Strong level of English (written and oral, C1 preferred) with a proven track record of creating content in English, running campaigns and workshops/presentations
- Education: BSc or MSc degree (PR/EB preferred but not a must)
- Strategic mindset, open to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, self-driven, results & relationships focused
- Experience working as a TA Partner would be a plus
- Knowledge of EB best practices from other European countries would be a plus
