Summary
As the e3 Consultant, you will offer global tier 1 and administrative support aligned to the broader Learning and Talent strategy. In this role you will effectively and efficiently troubleshoot issues responding with clear explanations and instructions and adapt support to the user's needs and comfort level with technologies. In addition, you will support the e3 administrators create and maintain high quality learning and talent experiences.
- Responsible for tier 1 support related to e3 including user access to the systems and troubleshooting errors
- Execute training management needs in conjunction with the broader e3 support staff
- Assist in the maintenance of the e3 systems
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent required
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Self-management, logical thinking, customer orientation, and a willingness to flex schedule to accommodate working in various time zones across the globe
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in LMS and TMS support or administration
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Proven ability to think strategically and balance multiple competing priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including cross-cultural awareness, sensitivity in communication, and skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
