Zadania:
Jesteśmy pierwszą linią wsparcia użytkowników internetu, telewizji i telefonii internetowej,
Wspieramy naszych użytkowników w godzinach 7-24,
Podczas rozmowy razem z użytkownikiem rozwiązujemy problemy po jego stronie,
Umawiamy spotkania techników z użytkownikami,
Za pomocą dostępnych narzędzi analizujemy dostępność i stabilność usług wykupionych przez naszych użytkowników.
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie min. średnie (preferowane techniczne),
Znajomość podstawowych zagadnień dotyczących komputerowych,
Znajomość podstawowych zagadnień dotyczących sieci komputerowych,
Znajomość podstawowychzagadnień dotyczących działania poczty e-mail,
Deklaracja uczestnictwa w trzy tygodniowym szkoleniu,
Komunikatywność,
Pełna dyspozycyjność , również w weekendy,
Gotowość podjęcia pracy w systemie równoważnym.
