- Maintain capacity plans, production schedules, and/or finite schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives
- Provide supply planning expertise to the commercialization of new products or resolution of inventory shortage issues
- Supply recommendations are based upon scheduling parameters and system settings that are developed and maintained to support sales goals, inventory financial targets, as well as minimizing the age of the product when shipped to a customer
- Manage and control finished goods inventories for assigned items to achieve the company's financial targets.
- Close cooperation with Warehouse and Production, Documentation, Transportation Department.
- Stock projection review, and compliance vs stock targets.
- Lead/manage out-of-stock supply crisis management
- Review Overdue open PO report, make PO corrections and invoice corrections
- Managing all primary transport requirements for IC finished goods movements
- Master data input for planning systems
- Ensuring that correct priority is given to transport of customer service
- Ad-hoc activities related to the above Hub processes
- Transport order creation in SAP/Oracle system
- University degree (minimum Bachelor)
- Good communication in English – both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers
- Process development, improvement, and implementation experience
- Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures, and key metrics
- Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills
- Working knowledge of any of the ERP systems like SAP, JDA Manugistics, etc.
- Ability to work under time pressure and quickly set priorities
