As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in increasing our online presence, brand awareness and lead generation. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns, which will provide our potential clients with a better understanding of how Objectivity can help them tackle current and future challenges. You will manage various aspects of the digital marketing funnel, which may include a mix of PPC/digital advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, landing pages, ABM, Analytics. You will also analyse the latest trends to help Objectivity stay ahead of the game.
You will be part of a team responsible for driving client’s acquisition across digital channels and optimizing the digital brand experience along our customer journey.
- Develop, plan, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Report on analytics and other measurements.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and our Guilds.
- Collaborate with the UX/SEO/developers teams to improve website user experience and SEO enhancements from mobile to desktop.
- Build and optimize paid digital campaigns, including search and paid social.
- Write catchy headlines and ads.
- Implement website content updates.
- Professional experience in digital marketing (preferably in the IT field).
- Hands-on experience with Google ad campaigns, paid search and paid social - Google certifications welcome.
- Proficiency in common platforms like HubSpot, Google Ads, WordPress, social media platforms, basic HTML coding skills are a plus.
- Copywriting skills that enable you to tell compelling stories.
- Good project management skills.
- Team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach.
- Understand the dynamics of the digital marketing ecosystem and extract key trends, topics, and content themes that will help us engage our audience.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics; certifications are a plus.
- English language at an advanced level (at least C1).
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of the German language would be an asset.
