Digital Marketing Coordinator, Work place: Łódź
Are you passionate about marketing via digital channels? If your answer is yes and you have a solid experience in the field, then you can have a chance to become part of our pioneering project of developing digital marketing concepts within Solar Poland. You will be working together with the international Solar Group marketing team which is responsible for the development and execution of Solar's marketing strategy and you will be reporting directly to Solar Poland's Managing Director.
Your daily tasks will stem out of a close cooperation with our business managers and partners. Based on that collaborative effort, you will take care for the following areas of responsibilities:
- Planning , developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, both in-house and and external
- Ensuring that we hit the target audience with the right message
- Ensuring the adequate effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
- Execution of the relevant follow-up , optimization, documentation and reporting activities
- Monitoring the marketing performance through digital KPIs
- Internal and external marketing communication
We are looking for an out-of-the box thinker with strong analytical skills, who is at the same time resilient, trustworthy, have well-developed general communication skills and can write error-free texts. In order to succeed in the job your profile will also have to display the following characteristics:
- relevant educational background in marketing /communication.
- proven track record of solid experience in digital data based marketing and development of marketing campaigns
- Experience in marketing automation incl. newsletters and SMS marketing
- In-depth knowledge of digital communication channels, including social media
- Understanding of digital business systems and experience with CRM systems and direct mailing techniques
- High drive and motivation to achieve results that make a difference
- Ability to work both in teams and independently
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
