Currently, we are looking for a suitable individual for a position Digital Marketeer CEE– marketing automation, search & analytics.
Your challenge:
Develop keywords strategy and search engine optimization and advertising applicable for 17 markets in CEE region. We invite you to tell a story with the digital data analytics dashboards and to create and optimize leads nurturing campaigns for B2C and B2B target audience.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing & optimizing local SEO, SEA and Social Media activation
- Analyze campaigns, always-on digital activities and web metrics to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals via providing data driven insights translated into optimisation actions
- Supporting marketing team with digital campaigns coordination & optimizing digital channels to drive leads & sales volume
- Monitoring social media channels (via Social Listening tools)
- Executing lead generation campaigns (e.g. Email campaigns)
- Supporting local lead nurturing process with dedicated sales/marketing handover support to enable lead follow-up
- Interpreting gathered local & global customer insights and translate into local actions on digital channels to optimize the customer experience (e.g. web NPS)
- Increasing online traffic on local digital channels (website, mobile, partner sites, etc.)
- Optimizing content on all local digital channels (with local Marketing)
- Coordination, best practice sharing and support of digital colleagues based in Romania and Czech
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business management, or a related discipline, or proven experience in similar Digital/eCommerce roles
- Fluent English and Polish (both verbal and written) is a must
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in corporate or agency environment
- Proven experience in SEO, Social Media and Digital Campaigning (Email, etc.)
- Proficiency in web tools & processes like CMSs, Email tools, Analytical tools, etc.
- Proficient in Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, Formulas, VBA
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Marketo, Radian6, Brand24 and SFDC
- Highly developed analytical capabilities, with a strong business and customer sense
- Skilled at problem solving and extracting insights from analysis
- The ability to synthesize data, summarize issues, and think outside the box is essential
- Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on the changing business requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence others without formal authority
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
