Development Manager

Opis stanowiska

- translates project targets into scientific/technical approach and ensures quality delivery of these targets- drives and delivers new prototype processes or formulations- develops and implements Best Practice in work processes- safeguards appropriate information protection for developed technology/formulations- advises on existing and new methodology on process or product development and evaluation- contributes to development of the area of expertise- develops the skills of other team members- is up-to-date with developments in the relevant area of expertise- assesses and implements opportunities with external agencies

Wymagania

- education at least to degree level in relevant subject (e.g. Chemical Engineering / Food Engineering / Food Technology / Nutrition - 3-5 years relevant experience in a FMCG company- experience in one of: food process design / food structuring / hygienic process design nutritional product design- very good English (speaking and writing)- creativity- ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural team- very good communication skills
