Opis stanowiska


Sytel’s success in the call centre market is underpinned by ‘best in class’ support to our world wide customer base with comprehensive on line documentation backed up by expert telephone, online and remote access technical support. Continued rapid growth has created a vacancy in our Customer Support operation for a talented Customer Support Specialist. The principal responsibilities of the role are:
  • Learn about existing and new product developments and implement agreed support strategies.
  • Provide fast response support to our integration partners and end users of our software products.
  • Provide feedback and update our technical documentation to improve support for our partners and eliminate repeat issues.

Wymagania


We require a bright, fast learner with a strong background in a fast response customer support environment, ideally gained in the call centre or telecoms industry. Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
  • Strong customer handling, problem resolution and organizational skills.
  • Logical thinker. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Must have some commercial experience with and aptitude for software development. Skills in any CLR-based language, Java, PHP or other server-side web technology will be of benefit.
  • A record of some achievement at an academic level

Annual salary: To £35K plus stock options. You will be working as part of a world-class team delivering mission-critical applications for the call center and telecommunications industry at large. There is excellent scope for career growth and the right candidate will need to be prepared for a fast learning curve in a very challenging but supportive environment as Sytel grows its installed base in over 40 countries around the world. The role will involve working from our office in the centre of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You will be offered share options at no upfront cost, after a qualifying period and private health insurance. We prefer our employees to live within a reasonable distance of our headquarters.
