- Supporting foreigner clients in resolving IT problems as a 1st Line Support
- Coordinating reported tickets
- Diagnosis of client‘s reports
Requirements:
- Very good command of German
- Knowledge of English will be an asset
- Knowledge of Windows and MS Office Package
- Availability to work on shifts
- Team player spirit
- Interest in IT area will be an asset
