Customer Support Consultant

Opis stanowiska
- Support of our applications for our US based customers (via phone and email)
Wymagania
- Experience in helpdesk is a plus
- Candidate must have a strong customer orientation and possess an excellent work ethic
- Candidate should also possess excellent communications skills and work well under pressure
- Ability to work shift hrs: 2pm-10pm and 9am to 5pm
- Excellent English skills
- IT knowledge is a must
