Challenges for you:
- Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end user issues in the client software applications
- Current, comprehensive e-mail customer service;
- Following through to ensure each customers case is resolved and closed appropriately;
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment;
- Handling the translation process of each requested document;
- Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies;
- Caring for the company's image.
