Customer Support Agent - Gaming Industry

Opis stanowiska
- Join our new team of game support specialists for well-known game
- Provide outstanding and professional customer care services to customers by e-mail, phone and web chat within gaming industry
- Work together with team leaders and trainers to constantly keep knowledge up-to-date
Wymagania
- Ability to read, listen and communicate fluently in French/Italian/German/Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Real passion for video games
- Previous working experience in Customer Service or Call Center position, would be a big advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking
