For our Client – internationally recognized brand from tourism industry, that establishes a new Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates to take the position of Customer Services Team Leader.
CS Team Leader will be responsible for quality control and SLA performance across multiple brands/tasks as well as manage the team to achieve the best results. On this position you will ensure there is a consistent delivery of customer services across the Group including staff training and development. Moreover, you will interpret and analyse contact drivers, provide feedback to key stakeholders and suggest process changes.
Ideal Candidate should have excellent team management skills (previous experience is a must), as well as very good prioritising and communication skills. Moreover, you should present fluency in English and the ability to work in fast-paced, international environment. Previous customer facing role and competence in dealing with client requests efficiently are essential to be successful on this position.
