- Investigating and resolving issues reported by buyers or sellers
- Checking orders and logistics statuses
- Reviewing reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Highly developed verbal and written English skills (C1 level)
- Strong customer service skills
- College degree or an equivalent diploma
- Previous experience working with call center and service industry
- Flexible working hours (shift system: Monday-Sunday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.)
- Possibility to choose the form of employment: labour contract or civil contract
- Attractive salary (labour contract: 4400 PLN/monthly, civil contract: 26.19 PLN/working hour) + bonus
- Work in a comfortable office in the center of Katowice
- Bonus or commission opportunities depending on type of contract
